Video marketing is one of the most effective ways to build awareness and traffic for your site (not to mention how much fun it can be).
Whether you have a large budget – or no budget at all – video marketing is a GREAT way to build traffic!

 

 

 

There a 2 things you are going to need before you get started!

• A web cam or cam corder – You can pick up a good one any ware. I recommend some sort of flip camera that is portable that you can take anywhere. I use a Flip Mino for about $100 bucks it only has 2 gigs of storage space but I can get about 2 hours recording time. But if your budget is tight you can get one for a lot less less. (Keep in mind…you get what you pay for.

• Screen Capture Software – You can download the FREE software in the training. Very simple basic and enough to get the job done. If your budget can afford it I recommend Camtasia Studio 7 or Sony Vegas …You can Google them I find out more about them.

Before we get into making and submitting video to advertise your offer I want to touch on two ways that your video can be found by interested parties.

• One way is to use Google ad words and bid on keywords specific to your video. At present there isn’t a lot of competetion using this method so if you are interested the time is now before prices go up.

• The other way is to make good use of your description and tags used when submitting your video to the video share sites that will be listed below.
  Each video-sharing site let’s you create “tags,” which are words that describe your video.  These tags, along with the title and description of the video, are the basis for how your video is located by the searcher on video-sharing sites like You Tube.
  

The main difference between the two methods besides one is free is that submitting a video the free way (using the decription and tag method) you want to make put your link directly in the decription area at the beginng of the decscription box to make sure your redirect to your nerve center, capture page, or sales page is easily visible to the viewer. While with adwords your video is distrbutive all over the net by it’s relavancy and the clickable link is aready embedded

• The title of your video is one of the most important aspects in getting your video noticed.
  Try to make sure what ever key words you are making your video for appear in: the title, the description, and the tags.
  

• You want your title to be compelling and able to attract viewers.

• First, max out the tags, title and description for every site with as much relevant information to your video as possible..

• Embed the video on a separate page in your own site as well as the video sharing sites . Make sure the page title is relevant to category of page and video.
  

• Video types most noticed are: sexy, informative, controversial, gross and cool…-you decide.
  

• Try to provide quanity, quality, and originality for your target market.
